The Poet Steps Out with Uncharacteristic Resolve

No free verse today
I’m taking my doggerel
for a long, long walk.

This haiku, by my good friend, Slim Volume, was short-listed in the non-starter category at the Mountmellick Haiku festival. Well done, Slim!
