Vincent on the Threshold of Deconstruction

He was done with Covid
he was so over id

if he had a tether
he would be at the end of id

if he had a fuse
it would be long blown

if he had a hammer
he would sleep

through the morning
have a light lunch

and save the hammering
for the afternoon.
